MAIN BUILDING
The Main Building is 20,000 sq. ft. and has concession stands available. It has 125 tables and 600 chairs, a stage, heating and air-conditioning. Maximum capacity is 1020 persons. It is 200ft by 100ft.

COMMITTEEMAN'S ROOM
The Committeeman's Room is approximately 3,750 sq. ft., with a kitchen. It has 35 tables and 200 chairs. It is heated and air-conditioned. Maximum capacity is 200 persons. It is 70 ft. by 49 ft. plus the area in front of the kitchen.
Fees:
- Monday - Wednesday $200
- Thursday - Sunday $400
PATIO
The Patio is approximately 6,250 sq. ft., with no heat or air conditioning.
Fees:
- Monday - Wednesday $150
- Thursday - Sunday $300
RODEO ARENA
The Rodeo Arena is 125 ft. X 275 ft., with it's own concession stand and public restrooms.
Fees:
- Without Lights $300
- With Lights $400
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
There are 115 RV hook-ups available.
Livestock Barn is covered pavilion approx. 160 ft x 100 ft
Parking Lot available for carnivals, car shows, etc...

All of our rentals require proof of public liability insurance and the lessee is required to have one licensed Walker County security officer per every 100 people.
These expansive facilities can accommodate agricultural equipment displays, business meetings or training needs for any size group.
These indoor facilities are smoke free and glass bottles are prohibited on all fairground property.
There is a $500 damage/clean-up deposit required for each facility.
